Arrival Day
Between March 31 and September 1 Guests may only arrive on: Saturday.
Special Conditions
Reservations can not be made less than 48 hours in advance. Saturday to Saturday stays only from April through the end of September except for the month of May.

Should all guests be age 25 and under prior to any reservation being made we must be notified by phone. Please make certain to have available the exact number of guests that will be visiting and the age range. It is understood and agreed that refundable damage deposit will be increased to $500.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Email Money Transfer
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of Determined upon request.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
