This condo has many free amenities including 2 private pools (heated indoor for winter and oceanfront outdoor), 3 outdoor and 1 indoor-22nd floor, Jacuzzi s, spectacular views of ocean and beach from oceanfront balcony, view of city from second balcony, large rooms and locked bldg. entrance. The Palace Resort also has a restaurant, lounge, video game room, steam room and sauna room, gym, and conference rooms. Recently Painted in "Beachy" Bermuda Colors! We've spent over $20,000 in condo improvements here!

Myrtle Beach from 20th floor * 1000 square feet, sleeps 6, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and sleeper sofa * clean linens and towels provided, cleaning before check-in and after check-out * 2 private porches overlooking ocean/city from den/master bedroom & second bedroom *fully equipped kitchen, new flat top range/oven * new 25" color cable TV and DVD/CD/mp3 player in den and 2 color TVs in each bedroom * new Sony home stereo with CD player, mp3 player, tuner and cassette player *new central air, refurnished * new recliner chair, new sleeper sofa, carpet, floors, refrigerator and dishwasher * resort has 2 outdoor pools, indoor pool, 5 Jacuzzis, sauna, steam room, gym, * new raised beach houses (sleeps 6-10) for monthly rental from 8/08 - 3/09 for $990/month.

    Payment Details
    400 of the rent is required to complete a booking for 7 nights, 600 for 14 nights. A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    $250 off any avail. week, except July 4th, if book by 3/15/08!
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
