    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal
    Weekly, Monthly Rentals, min 3 nights during low season, 30% Deposit to reserve, balance due 30 days prior to arrival, $200 non refundable cancel fee out side of 30 days of arrival, 50% Non refundable inside of 29-15 days of arrival , 100% Non Refundable inside of 14 days of arrival.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • No children are allowed under 16 years old.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
