    All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under 12 years old stay free.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $10.00 Daily.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
