    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Cash
    Credit card for security/damage deposit is required. $400-$500 USD depending on group size. It will be refunded to guests credit card within 7 business days from departure, after checking inventory and good condition of the unit - refunded directly into customer's credit card. No refund for early departure. 3.5% charge for the use of credit cards.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under the age of 1 years old stay free.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
