Luxury 5 Bed Golf View Home in Secluded, Gated Community, 15 Mins from Disney
Our home is located in a secure, gated golf community with 24 hour security, located within a few minutes drive of all major theme parks but in a peaceful, relaxing location. Within the community are a pool, small gym and a library. The golf course has great practice facilities including a driving range, putting green, chipping green, pitching and bunker green.
The house has an ideal floor plan for different types of group. There is plenty of room for one family or for larger groups. There are 5 bedrooms (2 king, 1 queen and 2 twins). We also have stair guards and a patio door alarm to the pool area for smaller guests. All linen and towels are provided and our rates include an end of stay clean.
Our heated pool and separate spa overlook the 18th hole of the golf course, providing a relaxing area to swim, sunbathe or watch the golfers and cranes (birds not machines). We request guests to clean the grill at the end of their stay (or pay additional cleaning charge).
Our guests like the separate dining room and kitchen eating area as well as eating at the tables on the pool deck. We have fully equipped our "home from home" with everything from a garlic press to a breadmaker in the kitchen which includes microwave, large oven and hob, waste disposal, blender, toaster, 2 coffee machines and an expresso maker and toaster oven.
We have a large library of books suitable from small children to adults. The sitting room has a 42" Flatscreen TV with soundbar (that you can connect an MP3 player to) and DVD/Video player and has a couple of hundred channels of digital TV. There is a PlayStation 2 AND an XBOX (games can be brought with you or rented from the Blockbuster just outside the Security Gate. Videos can be rented from Walmart or Blockbuster.
