Luxury 4 bed 3 bath VIlla with South Facing Pool, Games Room and Wi-Fi

If you have never been to Florida, our villa is in Southern Dunes Golf community, which is one of the top 10 golf courses in the US. The estate has several communal pools, 3 gyms, a children’s play area and tennis courts. A gated and guarded entrance provides security for families to relax and enjoy the clubhouse and many walks around the estate. Beyond the gates are a Wal-Mart super-centre and several excellent ‘Southern’ restaurants. With the gate of Disney’s Magic Kingdom only 13 miles from the door it is an easy drive to all of the area attractions; the community is perfect for a relaxing vacation.

The villa has new quality furnishings throughout including a Californian King sized bed. A 32 inch LCD TV, digital cable, CD player, DVD, PS2, darts, pool table, air hockey, table Foosball (Football) and poker are available for your enjoyment. We also have free high-speed wireless Internet, a full cot, stroller and high chair for young families. Hair dryers/straighteners, new linen, towels and beach towels are supplied.

Come and enjoy our villa in the Florida sun, cool off in our south facing pool with large screened lania to relax and grill on the large gas BBQ.
