Our luxury villa has a large family room, all patio doors over looking the pool and deck areas are alarmed. Additional living room providing ample space for 2 families sharing without being over crowded. There are two dining areas - one in the nook next to the kitchen and the other suitable for more formal dining. There is a fully equipped kitchen, which is open plan design, allowing everyone to feel part of the family. Recently added games room consisting of pool table, air hockey and Football table. With a south facing fully screened private, not overlooked swimming pool. It has a large covered lanai, for shaded dining.
