You access the apartment only by going down a wooden stairway and following along a small walkway of approx. 80 m. parking on the street 100 m away. DISTANCES: 2 km Marina della Lobra (small beach and boat hire), 6 km Sorrento, 12 km Marina del Cantone, 16 km Positano, 29 km Amalfi, 60 km Naples.
ACCOMMODATION: (75 m2) Gr. fl.: living room (satellite TV), kitchen/dining room open to the living room (oven, freezer), 1 bathroom with shower (no window). 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom with pretty, broad panoramic window that overlooks the gulf of Naples, 1 bathroom with shower. It is possible to book the accommodation together with IVANA for a discount of 10% on the total price. The two accommodations can be made to communicate by means of a double door opening. Comfortable furniture. Central heating. Air conditioning.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
