Electricity, air conditioning and heating (Euro 0,35 per kw), weekly cleaning Euro 100,00 to be paid in resort, extra people to sleep on the bed settee and other services on request (i.e. cook, boat excursions, etc.).

To reach the villa characterized by sunny, well-lighted and well-furnished rooms, you have to go down little steps (about 100) spaced out by a path. The villa has every modern comfort, a terrace with sea-view, equipped with barbecue, table and chairs.
From this terrace, through a private stairs, there is direct access to the pebble beach. Walking along the sea, you reach in a few minutes the characteristic fishing port of Marina della Lobra, where you will find restaurants on the sea, bars, a minimarket and a disco.
At the top of the road there is the bus stop to Sorrento for this private estate, small/medium car recommended.
- Beach is located within a 3 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. Sunbeds/sunchairs and sunshade are available on the beach and included in the price.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
