On high season from June 1st to September 30th we would prefer renting on a weekly basis - flexibility upon Client's request. Rentals are inclusive of water, electricity and gas consumption with the exception of December 1st to April 1st where heating is provided and accounted separately, upon consumption.

Kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils for cooking at home. In the kitchen you will find some spaghetti, tomato sauce, oil, salt, coffee, sugar, milk, tea, and mineral water for preparing short meals or a breakfast in case of your late arrival. In the event you wish to purchase some extra food and find it in the apartment, just let me know.
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Very luminous ,and romantic ,Bedroom with a window looking onto the garden for a quiet and noiseless atmosphere. Into the Bed Room there is a very comfortable Double Bed that can ,pleasantly accommodate , two persons. Living Room and Bed Room are separated by TWO doors. In such a way two couple of persons can be accommodated , as they keep their privacy , and sharing the Bath Room. The furniture of the bed Room is completed with a large wardrobe and a writing desk.
Baby Cot also available.
1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Into the Living Room there is a very comfortable Double Bed Sofa that can pleasantly accommodate two persons. Living Room and Bed Room are separated by TWO doors. In such a way two couple of persons can be accommodated as they keep their privacy , and sharing the Bath Room. Also the Living Room is looking onto the garden for a quiet and restful atmosphere.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.
The Unit is part of a Residence and it is immersed in the green with gardens all around. The Unit has 300 sq. m of independent garden with British green, patio chairs, beach umbrellas, porches so that you may enjoy your meal outside. This is the starting point to view the nearby hills before you walk up them for those that enjoy being close to nature.
Sorrento itself is a famous Italian upscale seaside resort town where the main industry is tourism and craftsmanship, and in particular the manufacturing of inlaid wood, local speciality foods such as cheese, olive oil and walnuts and a lemon liqueur called Limoncello. The structure is family manned and the Owners will be happy to accommodate the guests as family friends. The Owners will be honored to assist the Guests in planning excursions on their own or through the Professional Agencies available in Sorrento. It is possible to rent scooters or cars directly from the Residence or thru an Agency in Sorrento.
- Napoli Capodichino Airport is within a 60 minute(s) drive. The nearest Airport is Napoli Capodichino which is 50 km away. There is bus service connecting Sorrento with Napoli Capodichino with bus service running every two hours. The trip is about 70 minutes.
- Transit: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). Type of transit is Train. The apartment is just 900 meters from the nearest Train Station of Sorrento Circumvesuvina. From there it is possible to take the train to Napoli, Pompei or Herculanum. You can also catch the bus to Costiera Amalfitana and the villages nearby Sorrento.
- Golf: can be reached by driving for 60 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.
- Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops are only 600 - 700 m from the Unit.
- Beach is located within a 15 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The dock is public. There are many public beaches in the area, equipped for sunbathing and all other beach activities, the nearest being about 1500 m from the Unit. You can walk or catch the bus. Beach Equipment: Canoe, Powerboat, Rentals Nearby, Row Boat and Sailboat.
- Nearby Attractions: Sorrento city center is a ten minute walk. From there it's possible to reach the nearby touristy and archaeological sites such as Naples, Pompei, Ercolano, Vesuvio, La Reggia di Caserta, the Amalfi coast, Capri, Ischia and Procida.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented. Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
- Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
