Between April 1 and October 31 Guests may only arrive on: Saturday.

Minimum stay 7 nights, arrival/departure on Saturdays, from 1pm to 8pm Arrival time must be previously advised.Check in from 8.00 pm till 10 pm involves an extra charge of euro 25 for the key holder. Check in from 10pm till 12 pm involves an extra charge of euro 50 for the key holder.
Villa is not rentable from 1st November through the end of April.

Final cleaning fee for 1 week stay € 80,for 2 weeks € 100, including weekly cleaning and linen -towels change

Villa has a wonderful view on the sea, the wide gulf till Punta Campanella

• Capodichino Napoli Airport is within a 90 minute(s) drive. From Capodichino follow the indications to highway A1, direction A3/E45 take the motorway Napoli-Salerno (A3/E45) towards Salerno, passing Pompei, then take the exit for “Castellammare di Stabia”. Follow signs for “Costiera Amalfitana” direction “Agerola” (366). Follow the winding road upwards through “Pimonte” to “Agerola”. Through Agerola take the road down to the coast in the direction of “Amalfi” to pass through “Furore” on the way to “Conca dei Marini”. Before arriving above the village of Conca dei Marini pass through two tunnels. 50 mt. Beyond the second tunnel on the right side of the road there is a black iron gate (n. 19) and immediately beyond there is a parking space.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Bus lines connecting the main sites of the coast
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). The house is near the centre of Conca dei Marini, where it's possible to find restaurants and shops. It takes 10 minutes by car
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. The beach can been reached from the house by a 150 steps stair, or by car in 5 minutes
• Nearby Attractions: Emerald Grotto in Conca dei Marini at 5 kms. Pompei and Ercolano ruins at 1 hour drive. Positano at 30 minutes. Amalfi with its Duomo and the paper mills. Ravello and the breathtaking views from the Villas Cimbrone and Rufolo is minutes away. Capri at 1 by ferry departing from the harbour of Amalfi: to visit there the Mount Solaro and the Blu Grotto. Sorrento at 25 kms. The Greek temples of Paestum at 2 hours drive. Caserta Royal Palace (little Versailles) at 2 hours drive. The magnificent town of Naples at 1hour and 30 minutes by car or 2 hours by public transportation's bus+train. The Vesuvio, the only active volcano in Europe mainland at 1 hour drive

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

• Smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 12 years old.
• Check in after 9:00 AM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
