On the upper floor of the building, reached by means of a flight of stone steps, is the apartment which is composed of two double bedrooms each with direct access to a terrace which gives on to a sea of green olive trees which in their turn tumble into the waters and blue sky of the Bay of Naples.

    • Beach is located within a 10 minute(s) drive. In about 20 minutes walk you can reach the characteristic harbour of Marina Lobra where you can also hire boats for a lovely day out! With the car it takes about 5 minutes to reach the harbour and in approx. a 15 minutes drive you can reach the enchanting Bay of Nerano where you find one of the nicest beaches of the area.

    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
