1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This very spacious bedroom has an en suite shower room with Wc, basin, etc. and French doors leading onto a small balcony overlooking the road.
2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). This bedroom has sloping ceiling, en suite bathroom with shower, WC, basin, washing machine, etc and small window overlooking the sea.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.
Incredible views, undisturbed by the rumble of coaches and cars. Lemon groves and vineyard terraces follow the irregularity of the terrain that slopes gently down to the little coves where the ancient Saracen towers stand guarding against these days improbable enemies.
The house is spacious, clean and comfortable with terracotta tiled floors and high ceiling vaults. Entrance is into a spacious L-shaped sitting/dining room with double French doors opening onto a beautiful terrace-solarium. The small but delightful kitchen has a window looking onto the terrace and has a cooker, oven, and tall fridge-freezer. At the back, the master bedroom has French doors leading onto a small balcony overlooking the road . It has an en suite bathroom with shower. From the dining area, a door leads to a small twin bedroom with sloping ceiling, small window and en-suite shower room and washing machine.
Access : Five steps from the road
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

- Smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: Crib € 52,00, high chair € 25,00.
- Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
- Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of € 5.00/pet/day will apply.
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
