This splendid villa was built on the pinnacle of a high rocky cliff, facing the sea. "Although we are used to seeing many different and beautiful panoramas we were speechless at what we saw from the garden and the terrace of the vast living room. It seemed as though one could stretch out one's hand and touch the Amalfi coastline and the islands called "Li Galli".
Services included in the price
Water, electricity (up to 100 kw), gas, twice a week cleaning and weekly change of linen, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, American coffee maker, DVD, stereo, telephone for local calls, car parking, TV SAT and air conditioning. Restaurant at 900 meters with possibility of home delivery service.
Services not included in the price
Electricity (over 100 kw) Euro 0,35 per kw; Heating Euro 100,00 per week.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
