This apartment is located within a condominium nestled in a peaceful oasis of green Mediterranean woodland. The apartment is an idyllic place from which to base your holiday of fun and relaxation. The apartment is located just 3km from the centre of Amalfi in an area called Vettica. It is situated on the ground floor of a modern building and is easily accessible from the State Road to Sorrento by about 70 steps.

Between June 15 and September 29 Guests may only arrive on: Sunday and Saturday.
Special Conditions
In high season, minimum stay is seven nights and should start on Saturday (during this period you can start your stay also on Sunday or Monday but you'll be requested to pay the entire week and leave on Saturday morning). In off season minimum stay is 5 nights. For a short stay the period must be between two saturdays. So for instance if you rent the villa or apartment for 6 nights, the stay can start only on Saturday or Sunday.

The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, fridge, and microwave, and there is a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The apartment also has a colour TV, air conditioning on request, and laundry facilities.

    Payment Details

    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express
    Once we have confirmed your reservation, we will require payment of 50% of the full rental amount in deposit. Acceptable payment methods include postal order, bank draft, bank transfer or credit card. Within 45 days of the first day of rental, we will require the balance of payment in full. In the event that reservation is confirmed within a 45 day period of the first day of rental, full payment may be required, or at least, you will need to guarantee the reservation by credit card.

    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 30 €.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
