• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). 10 minutes to the package /grocery store.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. A 10 second walk into the water just past a few small cottages! Sunsets into the sea. Marinas and restaurants within walking distance. Great fishing and surfing.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 150) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 1:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
