    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of $500 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is a full refund.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Discuss w/ Owner may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
