Ground floor, with two patios facing the lake and park, our home is spacious and cool. An oak kitchen with island is fully equipped. Our area of lovely Okanagan Valley has 37 wineries, 17 golf courses, hot sunshine, warm water, sandy beaches, hiking, biking, ecological reserves, good restaurants, great scenery, and nearby shopping. The Okanagan Fall Wine Festival, Oct. 2 - 12/08 includes 165 events focusing on wine, food, education and the arts.

    1 King Bed (sleeps 2). This room is very large and comfortable. It contains a King size bed, and has access to the main bathroom. It also has it's own television.

    1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This room is decorated in pine furniture and has a very comfortable Queen sized bed.

    1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). This room has sliding glass doors and its own patio looking out at Skaha Lake and the Lions Park. It also a lovely ensuite with jacuzzi tub. It contains the main television.
    Bathrooms
    Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
    Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub w/ jets and one basin.

    Our living room, dining room, family room and kitchen look out onto lovely Skaha Lake as well as a beautiful park and pond which is home for a multitude of birds, fish and turtles. Views from the Master bedroom and the second bedroom are of the swimming pool and landscaped common area.

    We have two lovely patios facing the park and Skaha Lake. One is off the dining/living room and one is off the family room. The pool is right outside our front door.

    • We are 19 km. from the Penticton airport.
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are 17 golf courses within easy driving distance - many of them World Class.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). IGA Marketplace across the road. New restaurant on riverfront is a two minute walk away from condo. There are several antique stores nearby to shop. An interesting 'flea market' operates every weekend two blocks from the condo.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. We are steps away from beautiful Skaha Lake. There is a small park between us and the lake.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (21 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
