Granite counter-tops, eating bar, fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms with down comforters, all linens. Decorated and furnished patio area with gas BBQ. The complex features a swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room, (not yet completed), and a private fenced-in beach that has a grassy picnic area and sandy alcoves for your beach gatherings. Boat moorage is available, (at an additional charge), with boat launch nearby.

Snow Skiing & Boarding
Mt. Baldy is about a 45 minute drive.
Waterfront and/or Beach
Property is near a lake. A sand and rocks beach, gradual for a short distance is a 1 minute walk from the property. There is access to a rentals nearby. There is a private dock, moorage and float anchor for 15 boat(s). Free boat launch adjacent to docks. This is a fenced private beach area with 300 feet of frontage, it includes a grassy picnic area, and has 3 sandy alcoves for beach gatherings.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
Payments are refunded only when the property is re-rented.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 35 days prior to arrival.
The preferred, and most efficient method of payment is by email money transfer. Thank you.

Security or Damage:
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is due on arrival.

One-time fee of 150.00 (CAD) for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning fee is waived for stays of 5 nights or longer. Cleaning fee is reduced to $100 during low season.
Daily Maid Service:
A guest must request this optional service.
The daily maid service is provided for $100.00 CAD per cleaning.
Pets:
Pets are allowed.

Fee: $25.00 per pet
