Less than 5 minutes walk to Wal-Mart (shopping center); easy access to downtown, convention center, marathon route, wineries, golf courses, hiking and biking trails, and Apex Mountain. Ideally located for families, sports enthusiasts, and vacationers who want comfort at a reasonable price. This suite has a full kitchen and en suite laundry; all linens, towels, etc. are included.

    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
