Wine Country Beach House, Private Beach Community

The most relaxing two week vacation we ever had. The house is so comfortable, you feel like your at home. The gracious home owner greeted us with a basket of fresh vegetables and fruits from the local farm stand. The house was neat as a pin and well maintained. The beds are very comfortable and made up with high end linens. There was no expense spared. The house is on a private corner lot backed up to woods. With water views from the family and living rooms, deck with gas grills and enough seating for all. We highly recommend this rental and have booked two weeks for next year.

French doors leading out to 2 large decks, all floors are hardwood and ceramic tile, feather beds and down comforters. Dual fireplaces. This home is on the North Fork of Long Island (the Hampton's are on the south fork). The North Fork lies between two bodies of water; the Long Island Sound and the Great Peconic Bays. The house is on the bay side. A very popular location on the North Fork is the seaside town of Greenport....this house lies on the border of Southold and Greenport.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
If you pay using paypal, you must include thier 3% fee to the rental fee.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $300 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
