    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with owner) is required for long stays. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • No children are allowed under 9 years old.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
