Spectacular waterfront home situated close to the ocean with breathtaking views over the Saanich Inlet and Gulf Islands. The ocean frontage of 100 feet has direct beach access, and an exclusive mooring buoy. You can catch your nightly dinner crabbing and shrimping in the front yard. One bedroom, we refer to as the Kids Zone has a set of bunk beds (a single over a double) a loft with a twin bed and a playroom attached with a click clack sofa which can sleep 2 more people. The 8 foot long table in the dining room is suitable for any feast.

    1 Double Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1). This bedroom has bunk beds with a double on the botton, single on top with a loft that has a queen. In a small room off this bedroom there is a "Click Clack" bed that is a single. This room sleeps 6.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

    Rates do not include GST and PST Taxes.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
