    Master Bedroom
    1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The Master Suite combines stunning panoramic views with a luxury bathroom and walk-in closet. Enjoy your morning coffee from the queen-size bed and watch the sunrise illuminate the Olympic mountains. Catch the morning news from the 32" flat screen TV. The south wall of the master suite is a floor-to-ceiling window facing Victoria Harbour. A sliding glass door leads to the curving, glass panel balcony. Window coverings incude rolling blinds that reduce the sun's glare and provide privacy while preserving the view, and blackout curtains to help you sleep in. Enjoy your own private spa in your master suite. The south and west walls of the master bath are frosted glass, bathing the bathroom in natural light from the window wall. Amenities include: * Heated marble floor * Twin sinks with marble surround * Bath tub * Marble and glass shower Master Closet Organize your clothes with the walk-in closet. There are two walls of hanging space, a dresser, and plenty of room for suitcases.

It includes a queen-size bed, artwork, closet with hanging space, and a window facing down to the water feature. The window has blackout roman blinds for sleeping in and rolling shades for providing privacy while preserving light and views.

    Direct shoreline views give you a front row seat to the ferries, private yachts, kayaks, and float planes of Victoria's Inner Harbour. Floor-to-ceiling windows and the best placement along the spectacular curving building bring the expansive seascape indoors. Direct southern exposure and a 180 degree panorama let you watch the sunrise over morning coffee and the sunset over evening cocktails. The pièce de résistance is the majestic Olympic Mountain Range, rising up beyond the far shore of the Strait of Juan de Fuca but looking close enough to reach out and touch.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 15.
    • Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 14 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Pool heat is included in rates.
