    • The unit is Lake front. Beach surface is fine sand. The full service marina with see doo and boat rentals is right next door. We will supply 2 single man kayaks for your enjoyment. World class salmon and halibut fishing is nearby in Port Renfrew on the rugged west coast of the Island wit wildlife you won't believe. We also offer charter fishing and wild life excursions if you wish during your stay.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel less than 35 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
