This brand new luxury waterfront condo is located above a 55 room hotel on the Saanich Peninsula on Vancouver Island, in beautiful BC, Canada. The condos residents have access to all the services of the hotel below - including a fitness centre, street-side cafe & deli and a west coast oceanfront restaurant and spa.

The city of Victoria is only a 20 minute drive and both the Victoria International Airport and the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal are only minutes away, as is the world famous Butchart Gardens. The Pier is on the oceanside gateway to the Gulf Islands and San Juan Islands.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 10.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 85.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
