Enjoy the rooftop patio to watch sea planes landing. Breakfast on your own harbour front balcony, or enjoy a glass of wine watching seals and sunsets. Discount rental cars and airport pickups also available. Availability is plentiful as we have several units.

    Condo faces west, 50 feet from the water's edge, center front in the building. There are no streets or obstructions between the condo and the water. It is a working harbour, so it is very interesting to monitor the changing traffic - including barges, tugs, water taxis, and rowers.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer
    Security deposits are collected when pets and small children are our guests. The usual amount is $500, refundable after checkout once no damage has been verified.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $500 and a VISA number will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of : to be discussed.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
