    Payment Details
    The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 7 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Cash
    A cancellation fee of 25% of the total cost is applied if you cancel your reservation with less than 7 days notice.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
