20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented. Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
- Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
- Pool heat is included in rates.
