    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Most Ft. Myers courses will be within a 30 minute drive. There are three plus, Golf Courses located in Cape Coral. Cape Coral Executive Golf Course(Public): Coral Oaks Golf Club(Public): The Golf Club (semi-private).
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). When you want to eat out, the new Rumrunner's Restaurant (opened in November, 2003) is a beautiful yet casual waterfront dining experience. Or, you can hit the MacDonald's! A large Publix is the main grocery store nearby...about 1 mile away, along with several other small shops. Walgreens and other stores are about 10 minutes away on the main drag: Cape Coral Parkway.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. It is 5-10 minutes walking distance to an intercoastal waterway, which leads directly to the Gulf of Mexico. You are 4 miles away from Sanibel Island with its large and wonderful bird preserve, showcasing many subtropicals such as the Roseatte Spoonbill, varieties of Egrets and Cranes, Pelicans, Osprey, etc. This property is within easy driving distance of several beaches, most notably Sanibel & Captiva Islands and Ft. Myers Beach. There are numerous smaller islands where you'll find completely empty beaches. Lots of great shelling. Watch for the dolphins playing along the beach! You can take a boat to these locations from the Classy, New Rumrunners Restaurant, less than a 10-minute walk. If you are a fisherman, look out - this is 150 lb. tarpon, redfish, and snook territory. Meet your boat at Rumrunner's or drive about 10 minutes to Tarpon Point where you'll find a 200-slip marina with many boats for rent or charter.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    Twenty percent (20%) of the total rental together with the full security deposit (U.S. $300) is paid upon signing of the lease agreement. Remaining balance is paid 2 weeks in advance of possession of the unit.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
