Special Conditions
Pelican Sound Golf and River Club Homeowners Association requires that all renters provide one letter of reference in order to reside at Pelican. Therefore it usually requires one month to process a rental.

Golf Club Transfer Fee (optional) is $300 plus a Pelican Sound Admin fee of $100. THIS TRANSFERS OF ALL OF THE OWNERS RIGHTS (specifically GOLFING), IS A ONE TIME FEE AND IS VALID DURING THE ENTIRE RENTAL PERIOD, paid directly to Pelican Sound and is not included in prices quoted.

    From the screened in lanai you will have a panoramic view of the 8th fairway/green. You can also have the same view from the master bedroom, the living room and the kitchenette.

    There are three bedrooms. Fans are located in all rooms. The Great Room contains a queen sleeper sofa and two swivel chairs. The dining area has a glass top dining table with matching chairs. At the kitchen area there is a bar with two chairs and in the kitchenette there is glass top table with wicker style chairs. There is a 32 inch TV/DVD in the Great Room and a 19 inch TV/VCR in the Master Bedroom. The master bath contains a double sink, glass covered shower and a large walk in closet. The second bathroom is a tub/shower unit. The home is fully furnished/equipped. It includes all cooking/bathing/sleeping items.

    • The Fort Myers Airport (RSW) is a 20 minute drive from the community.
    • Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are three nine hole courses located on site. Additionally there is a practice area and a driving range located in the complex.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are three shopping centers that can be reached by car in less than ten minutes. There is a major large upscale outlet center that can be reached by car in ten minutes. There are two dining facilities located on site. There is a diverse variety of several dining locations that can be reached by car within 5-20 minutes.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. This is not an ocean front unit. Beach can be reached by automobile. Approximate time to several beaches in Bonita Springs and N Naples is only 20 minutes. On site, Pelican Sound has its own private FREE Shuttle that takes you out to Lover's Key Beach.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 900 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Travelers Cheques
    LONG TERM RENTAL PAYMENTS FOR HIGH SEASON RENTAL INVOLVING TWO/THREE MONTHS ARE USUALLY PAID IN THREE EQUAL INSTALLMENTS WITH THE FIRST PAYMENT DUE WITHIN 75 DAYS OF THE RENTAL CONFIRMATION, AND THE FINAL PAYMENT DUE 100 DAYS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED ARRIVAL. A $900-$1000 security deposit CONFIRMS/HOLDS THE RESERVATION.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00PM and 9:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
