This property is located in a quiet, safe, residential street which has a rear elevation with lanai, patio, pool and boat dock which all face South for maximum exposure to the Florida sun. This waterfront property is situated on a salt water, gulf access canal which provides access to the river and Gulf of Mexico.
Boat dock, boat lift, fishing rods, tackle, golf clubs, mountain bikes, personal computer with DVD & CD re-writer, fax/scanner/printer/copier are included. Unlimited local phone calls, high speed DSL/broadband wireless internet access & solar pool heating is supplied free.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.

50% is payable at time of booking and the balance is due (along with the $500 security/damage deposit) 8 weeks prior to arrival.
The security/damage deposit is refundable after satisfactory inspection & inventory. The security/damage deposit may not be paid by credit card.
Payment may be made in £sterling for UK guests and US$ for all other guests.
Payment may be made by PayPal (credit card) with a 3% surcharge. All credit card payments can only be processed via the PayPal payment system.
