Unit has patio area overlooking the pool and the large back yard with tropical plants and palm trees.

Unit is approximately a 35 minute drive to airport: Nearest airport is in the Fort Myers area.
Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Golf course is less than 10 minute drive or a 10 minute walk.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Home is steps from restaurants and shopping.
Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. The home is on the east end of the island near the beach. Short walk, less than 5 minutes.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Cash - Diners Club

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
Dogs are allowed. A fee of $10 per night will apply.
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
