Each of our four spacious luxury Villas is fully equipped to make your vacation stay comfortable and effortless. Each Villa offers over 1200 square feet of air conditioned living area and features two bedrooms and 1 ½ baths, full sized and fully stocked kitchens, separate living and dining rooms, two enclosed lanais, and a washer & dryer. We also provide TVs, DVD and stereo equipment, fresh linens, towels, bicycles, beach equipment, a gas barbecue and a hot tub free for your use. Our Spanish Colonial architecture is complemented by our extensive tropical landscaping.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 3 days prior, payments (less one night's rental) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed. A deposit of 50.00 will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
