    The best view is the rear south end of the unit. It has pocket siding doors that open to overlook the 16th hole of the golf course (see photo). The front of the unit overlooks one of the many pools (see photo). There are lots of windows and the condo is bright and open with high cathedral ceilings.

    Payment Details
    20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $250.00 will apply. A fee of $200.00 will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
