    Payment Details
    10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed. A deposit of 200 will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
