The Springs Vacation resort
Our units are clean and comfortable. A place you can call your home while on vacation. The units are non-smoking rentals and are located in the Fort Myers Lee County area of Florida. Approximately 20 minutes to Fort Myers and Bonita beaches and 20 minutes to Fort Myers RSW airport. Sanibel and Captiva Islands are about 30 minutes away. There are a number of golf courses, Gulf water sports and shopping locations in the area. Walk to community facilities for a barbeque, swimming, tennis, shuffle board, foosball, table tennis or billiards.

    The entry view is to the south and looks at the landscaped courtyard. To view from the covered terrace is to the west and overlooks the entry and parking area. The unit is located about 200 feet from the common amenities and lake.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $100.00 will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
