Our rental home is safely nestled in Spanish Trace- a gated community. To provide you with the same comfort as your home while away from home, our contemporary styled unit is fully loaded and conveniently stocked with towels, bed sheets, linens and kitchen supplies. Comcast cable, Comcast radio, DVD players and Internet WI-FI are available for your time spent indoors. Look through our photos and let us provide your hospitality arrangements.
Our first floor unit offers full access to Spanish Trace. Amenities include: 2 pool areas, 2 Tennis Court Areas, Laundromat, Club House and Gym Room. Our unit is only minutes away from Dadeland Shopping Mall and Miami-Dade Community College’s South Campus. This location is easily accessible to major highways such as the Turnpike & Highway 874. A boutique shopping mall, Publix supermarket and restaurants are located adjacent to the Spanish Trace gated community.
