Our unit is only minutes away from Dadeland Shopping Mall and Miami-Dade Community College’s South Campus. This location is easily accessible to major highways such as the Turnpike & Highway 874. A boutique shopping mall, Publix supermarket and restaurants are located adjacent to the Spanish Trace gated community.
We offer daily, weekly and monthly rentals, to accommodate your needs. Please note that a security deposit is required before/upon check-in to protect against damages. Deposit will be returned upon inspection of property at checkout or via PayPal within 24-36 hours if there are no damages.
NOTE: A mandatory cleaning fee of EIGHTY DOLLARS applies.
