50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
If you cancel within 60 days of your scheduled stay, then there is a $300 penalty fee, unless we are able to re-rent the same time frame booked.
***Paypal can be accepted for last-minute reservations, using major credit cards if you have a paypal account. We do charge a 3% processing fee on entire amount payable (including security deposit fee) if Paypal is used.
***A signed rental contract is required along with the deposit to reserve the reservation. The owner can email, fax or mail you a copy of this contract to the prospect renter.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of inquire for availability & fees.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
