Guests may arrive on any day of the week.

The property can sleep 4 occupants confortably. Two fold-away beds are available for over 4 occupants. An extra person charge applies to fifth and sixth occupants at $17.00 per person per night.

We will consider bookings for two occupants only based on half the rental rate of a four occupant booking.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

The apartment has a porch facing the access road to the property. It is a friendly local neighbourhood with a mixture of returning expats and locals Bajans who chat or play dominoes on their porches of an evening.

• Transit: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. The bus service is very good in Barbados and there is a local car hire also available in Speightstown, 5 minutes walk away. Holetown, 10 minutes by car/bus is home to several excellent restaurants, shopping areas and night clubs. Bridgetown (30 minutes by car/bus) is the main commercial area and capital. There is an abundance of duty free shops and Parliament are also located here.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Quiet Location yet close to Buses, Bars, Resturants, Supermarkets, banks and Drugstore.
• Beach is located within a 5 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. The dock is private. Here you will find a large open area ideal for swimming, and smaller rock-enclosed pools that are perfect for children to wade in. As with most beaches along the west coast, the waters here are very calm. The shallow reefs are good for snorkeling, and other watersports are available nearby. Around the corner the beach narrows considerably but there are still small pools in which you can take a dip! Beach Equipment: Powerboat, Rentals Nearby and Sailboat.

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.

• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
