Our roomy 1100 sq. Foot (100 sq. Metres) and private two-bedroom condominium is enviably located in the heart of Canmore, easy walking distance to groceries, shops, restaurants, and pubs. The condo has top-notch finishing: hardwood floors, granite countertops, and slate & marble tiling. The spacious condo is south facing, which supplies excellent views and sunshine. Despite its central location, the unit backs onto a mountain creek, providing a very private, serene, yet convenient haven—the ideal base for your Rocky Mountain adventure.
The apartment is heated and cooled utilizing environmentally friendly state-of-the-art geothermal technology. The condo has in-floor radiant heat, which makes for a very comfortable environment. The condo comfortably sleeps 6 people, with a queen-size solid-wood panel bed and matching furniture in the master bedroom and a solid-wood queen bed with matching furniture in the second bedroom. A sofa bed in the living room allows for two more sleeping places. Quality linens and down duvets are provided. The en suite bathroom to the master bedroom is 5 piece (2 basins, toilet, shower, and decadent soaker tub), while the main bathroom contains 3 pieces (basin, toilet, and shower). Towels are also provided.
For your convenience, there is secure underground parking with a locked storage area for all your essential toys (e. G. Golf clubs, skis, boards). Entry into the building is also secured with key cards.
When you’RE ready to relax after a day of adventure, our comfortable apartment comes equipped with leather furniture, a gas fireplace, 40" LCD TV, and DVD player in the living room. Or enjoy your music on our CD stereo player with iPod dock. Each bedroom also contains a flat screen TV (32" in the master bedroom and 22" in the second bedroom).
You can also relax over a meal around our solid rosewood dining set. We provide matching dinnerware & cutlery. Our kitchen is fully equipped (stove/oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, etc.), so cooking up a storm should be no problem. An in-suite high-efficiency washer and dryer makes doing laundry easy and convenient.
Consume the incredible view on our deck, complete with BBQ and bistro seating for four, and enjoy a serene moment over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The south-facing balcony and windows overlook a mountain creek and allow for sun-filled vistas of the towering Lawrence Grassi and imposing Rundle Ranges.
An outdoor hot tub that can seat 8 people provides superb views of the Rundle range. If hiking or skiing hasn't tired you then the facilities in the well-equipped exercise room (elliptical trainer, tread mill, stationary bike, free weights, weight machine, exercise balls, wobble boards, and more) may do the trick. Or perhaps a leisurely game of pool in the games room is more to your liking.
