We offer a private, clean beach at the base of the property with easy dock access. A few steps from the house and you are there! Please note under "Transit" category that the ferry is about 1.5 hours away, though the bus that goes from Port Alberni to the ferry terminal is only 15 minutes away.
Ski/Board Out is a 5 minute drive to the ski resort parking lot.

A refundable security/damage deposit of CAD is due immediately.
Security deposit of $500 is due upon booking confirmation.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
We are a non-smoking family, however allow smoking outside the lake house. We have available spots that are approximately 20 feet from the perimeter of the house. During nice weather, there is no problem utilizing those spots in order to keep the smoke from entering inside. We do ask that any debris not be flicked into the gardens/bushes/beach area, but properly disposed of in the available containers.

Children of all ages are welcome.

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies.
NOTE: Disabled persons traveling with a Service Animal have special rights.
Cleaning on Departure
Property to be left in same condition as found. Linens and towels are not required to be cleaned and replaced, just removed and placed in laundry area(s).
