• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Drive to Mount Washington is 1 1/2 hours.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Convenience store, gas, and liquor store 6 minute drive. Port Alberni is a 20 minute drive.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. Very private 1 acre property, 140 ft of waterfrontage. Nice sandy beach with large wharf. 3 separate sundecks facing beautiful lake. 1400 sq ft wharf with hammock. Available for additional fees: Boat and driver - Lake tours, Waterskiing, tubing, kneeboarding, barefoot waterskiing - $60 hr 18 ft Glastron boat / 150 merc with barfoot boom. Excellent for first time waterskiers and barefooters.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00AM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
