Right on Gondola Way! Ski In/Out!

This 2 bedroom + den unit is on the middle floor of a tri-plex building located in Happy Valley. It has a great view of the ice skating rink and is only steps away from the Happy Valley Day Lodge and Gondola to the village. The entrance has plenty of room for boots and jackets. The living room, dining room, kitchen area is very open and spacious. The master bedroom features a King size bed and en suite bath. A queen/single bunk make up the 2nd bedroom which is also connected to the main bath of the chalet. A steam shower finished in slate and glass is included in the 2nd bath. The den is a great place for reading and includes a hide-a bed, TV and internet connection. Ski in/ski out is excellent! A private hot tub and 1 car garage also come with this beautiful chalet!

Spyglass Vacation Rental Community - Distances - There are several restaurants and pubs, a grocery and liquor store, deli, movie rental and gift shops near the complex---simply a short walk to the Gondola, and ride up to the village centre. There is the Kettle Valley Steak House located in the Happy Valley Lodge, next to the base station of the Gondola. The skating rink, tube town, magic carpet and mini-snowmobiles are all located a few minutes walk away. There are several golf courses within an hour drive of the ski resort. There is a wide variety to choose from. Par 3 courses to Championship courses including Gallagher's Canyon, Harvest Golf Course and The Bear and Quail located near Kelowna's airport (which is about a one hour drive away).
