This condo is a Ski in Ski out within walking distance of the Tub Park, Ice climbing, Nordic Cross country and snow shoe trail entrances or snowmobile rentals. For those snowmobile enthusiasts the Condo is also near the parking lot for the entrance to the Grey Stokes or Kelowna Snowmobile Clubs trails. The entrance foyer has plenty of room for boots and jackets with a ski locker nicely situated near the door. The family room, dining room, and kitchen are combined in an open and spacious area with vaulted ceilings and large windows. The bedrooms are large and well fitted to accommodate 8 people comfortably as a large family or 3 different parties. This condo with heated floors, fireplace, private hot tub and garage is well suited for everyone whether you wish to relax and read a book or play in the snow..

Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. Visa, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 2 nights rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 25 percent of the rent is due 7 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Lock box code is supplied by owner prior to arrival.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 08:00 AM

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 280.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Guest is expected to remove the garbage & recycling on departure.

Internet access must be purchased from a third party supplier. Discuss with owner.
