Payment Details
All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 40.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
