Brand new apartment situated in a tranquil residential area close to the centre of St Julian's and in a highly finished family owned block of flats served with lift.
This ground floor unit comprises a modern designed layout with top quality furniture and comforts. It consists of an open plan with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, fridge with freezer, hob, oven, microwave oven and all utilities. Also you will find a spacious dining and living area featuring air conditioner, LCD TV, free Internet connection with wifi, and a sunny south window.
