Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 10 percent of the rent. For a long term stay, the deposit will depend on the length of stay.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
